Michelle Howard, Chair of NHS Swindon, announced on Monday 22 February that Caroline Fowles, following a short illness, died peacefully in her sleep over the weekend. As an inspirational leader, her loss will be felt deeply by all at the PCT and Swindon Borough Council.
Caroline was Chief Executive of NHS Swindon.
