Performance Management of the Community Strategy

Swindon's first Community Strategy was developed by the Swindon Strategic Partnership, it is a long term plan to ensure a better quality of life for everyone in Swindon, now and in the future.  

The Strategy sets out some very challenging priorities for Swindon which require all partners to work very closely together to meet the challenges.

A performance management framework was developed around the 11 main priorities that local people have consistently identified as the most important to their quality of life.

Progress on the 11 priorities was reported at the Swindon Strategic Partnership conference in February 2008.  To view this information please click on the link below:
